The “Texas two step” is a political term coined from the fast foot shuffle dance while continually going around in a circle. It aptly made its way into politics signifying the Texas and Mexico renowned corruptive political practices. Recently, the world got a glimpse of the “Texas two step” in the form of executions instigated by Texas elected judges. This invidious scenario has been adopted and repeatedly implemented by Saud family Washington retainers. One documented scheme is against Vietnam Veterans fraudulently drawn to employment in Saudi Arabia. Let me explain.
In the first segment of the “Texas two step” powerless US citizens, especially Vietnam Veterans, are recruited by the Saud family and their Washington retainers to work as guest workers within Saudi Arabia. The State Department assures the US citizens it is safe. They are to work for the Saud family and their associates, not to be confused with US employees of US multinationals.
Jim Maes was one of many United States citizens, primarily Vietnam Veterans who worked for one of the many wholly owned Saud family United States based corporations. These United States citizens were purposefully enslaved and tortured by the Saud family with the assistance of their Washington retainers in an attempt to hide their internationally known Washington lackey status.

John Keene and Jim Maes survived by begging food from the other guest workers.
The Yemenis were especially good to them giving them figs, bananas and water.
These other guest workers were encouraged by King Fahd's nephews to call back
home and tell of the enslavement and torture of US citizens ostensibly so the
Saud family would not be truly construed as a puppet of Washington. When documents
have been sought under the Freedom of Information Act by responsible parties
the State Department in a series of contradictory statements has denied their
existence. When corroborated the State Department released them with key parts
blacked out.

I ask your assistance on a matter which has come to my attention through my fiancé Herb Mallard. Below is a brief background connoting atrocities perpetrated against United States Vietnam Veterans by one of the Saud family United States corporations. I know you will think of this as heartrending and take action to assist this unfortunate United States citizen.
Jim Maes is a Native American of Apache ancestry. Jim fought proudly for his Country in Vietnam as a United States Marine. Jim and his buddy John Keene survived Vietnam only to be enslaved and tortured in Saudi Arabia by King Fahd’s nephews. As happened to other United States citizens employed by Saudi Industrial Supply & Construction Corporation ( Federal employer #04-2690911), he was merely used as a torture example in front of other foreign workers by King Fahd’s nephews. There were the no usual Saud family trumped up charges.
At one time King Fahd's nephew collected several hundred guest workers in front of the tortured Keene and Maes saying: “If we can do this to American Vietnam soldiers, we can do it to you. What chance do you think you have? We have power. We have connections in Washington.” Jim believes in the United States Freedoms touted by Washington to the world. As a Veteran he was willing to put his life on the line for our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Jim believed he could better support his Family by leaving the then depressed Southwest and going to Saudi Arabia.
Looking back, we see Jim was a cautious man. He checked things out through his AFL-CIO LOCAL (exhibit A) with the State and Commerce Departments. State and Commerce said they had no complaints against the Saud family or their United States corporations. He then accepted the position with the Boston based Saudi Industrial Supply & Construction Corporation. During his enslavement and torture in Saudi Arabia he was able to escape. He went with his buddy John Keene to the United States consulate in Dhahran for help and safety but was refused entry by the Marine on duty who said he was under orders to keep out United States citizens seeking such help (Exhibit B). They said the Marine had tears in his eyes at having to obey an abandonment order against a fellow Marine in danger. Jim Maes and John Keene hurried back to their work place. They found a driver waiting for them to take them to King Fahd¹s nephews who knew everything. The King’s nephews said they had been called by the Consular officials. They were tortured severely for their attempt to escape the wrath of the Saud family. They were made to beg for food and wages in front of the other guest workers. Finally they were approached by uniform police who asked them for their passports. When they could not produce them they were escorted to the Saudi Airlines office and made to purchase a ticket to the United States. They then were escorted with machine guns at their backs to their barracks to pick up their belongings and then to the plane.
My best to you and Barbara,
Camilla Blaffer Royall

Saud family Washington retainers continue to use the White House and the State
Department to obfuscate every inquiry into the kidnapping, enslavement and
torture of US citizens by the Saud family.
My wife sent the then Vice President an invitation to our wedding in India given to us by Sonya and Rajiv Ghandi along with the Maharaja and Rajmatta of Jaipur. One can see there is a close relationship between the Bush family and us.

Camilla
Blaffer Royall and I were married on October 1st, 1984 in India. It is
important to note the relationship that my wife and I had with the Bush
family. The wedding was noted in media all over the world. Robin Leach
of the LIFESTYLES OF
THE
RICH AND FAMOUS had it on three of his episodes and called it the tenth
best party of the 1980s.
